Seán provides assistance to clients on advisory and contentious construction matters, including disputes concerning defective workmanship, delay & disruption, and Building Regulation compliance, gaining familiarity with a variety of dispute resolution procedures in the process, including adjudication.
Seán also has experience in drafting and negotiating various forms of building contracts and ancillary documentation, including appointments, collateral warranties and guarantees.
