Prior to joining Hayes, Michael gained extensive experience defending a variety of claims in the District, Circuit and High Courts on behalf of leading insurance providers.

- Advising corporate policyholders in respect of a broad range of personal injuries actions.
- Defending defamation cases.
- Assisted in the defence of Health and Safety Authority prosecutions.
- Defending a variety of healthcare actions including surgical, dental and general medicine claims.
