Experience
- Karan has significant experience running a complex and varied caseload of clinical claims, including injuries arising from neurological, obstetric, orthopaedic, oncological, urological, and vascular issues, as well as psychiatric/nervous shock, spinal injury, suicide, infection, consent, diagnosis delay, surgical negligence, and dental claims.
- Karan also has experience in human rights claims within a clinical setting and has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
- Karan has extensive experiencing in representing families at Inquests, having been the lead advocate and assisted in several high-profile military inquests, as well as Inquests arising from deaths in health settings.
- Karan’s experience extends to a variety of claims, including representing several individuals in a cross-border, multi-party and high-profile claim arising from a disaster.
