Gráinne is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial & Residential Property Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 2002 having studied at University College Dublin and has a Diploma in Commercial Property from the Law Society of Ireland. Gráinne’s property work involves sales, purchases and lettings of commercial, residential, agricultural and investment properties. Gráinne has acted on behalf of major Irish and International Property Developers in the acquisition of development lands and the sale of residential and mixed use developments. Gráinne has also acted on behalf of major Irish and UK Retailers in relation to the expansion of their store operations in the Republic of Ireland. Gráinne also has extensive experience in advising commercial clients on Landlord and Tenant issues including negotiation of commercial and retail leases and Landlord and Tenant litigation.
