Marie is a Solicitor in the firm's Commercial Property/Private Client Department.
Marie's work focuses on the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential property. She also advises on all aspects of commercial leases and residential tenancies.
Marie advises clients on the drafting of wills, tax planning and administration of estates and trusts. Marie also acts for clients in the firm's Family Law department, looking after the sale, transfer and re-mortgaging of the family home and other family assets. She also advises clients in relation to the division of assets in co-habitation situations.
