Terence Moran
Terence Moran is Head of the Property & Private Client Department of Hayes Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 1977 having obtained a Moderatorship in Legal Science from Trinity College, Dublin.
He has substantial experience in commercial property and also private client work including administration of estates, trusts, personal taxation and conveyancing. Terence also practises in the medical field including medical negligence actions, inquests and Medical Council work.
Terence has lectured on medical negligence issues at the Law Society of Ireland and to the Higher Diploma in Health Care (Risk Management) course run by the Division of Legal medicine, U.C.D., the South Eastern Health Board, the Association of Colorectal Surgeons, the Primary Health Care Unit of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and at the Association of Irish Ophthalmologists Annual Conference.
