Sabrina Burke
Sabrina is an Associate within the firm, having qualified in 2003. She joined Hayes Solicitors in 2006 and is a member of our Commercial Department. Prior to joining the firm, Sabrina worked as a solicitor in the corporate department of a large Dublin law firm. Sabrina’s main area of work is mergers and acquisitions where she acts for both buyers and sellers across various industry sectors. She also advises on corporate reorganisations, corporate compliance, shareholder agreements and disputes, distribution agreements and other commercial agreements and arrangements. She has advised a substantial number of international and Irish based corporate clients and family owned businesses. Sabrina also has expertise in dealing with public procurement rules and tendering processes and advising charitable and not-for-profit organisations in applying for charitable tax exemption.
