Rachel graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2001 with an honours degree in Law and went on the Roll of Solicitors in 2005.

Rachel regularly represents both landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and other ancillary agreements relating to the sale, purchase and letting of offices, warehouses and retail units. Rachel has particular experience in buying, selling and leasing public houses, restaurants and off-licences.

Rachel has acted for a number of builders on large residential and mixed-use developments. This work has involved organisation and preparation for the large-scale sale of apartments, as well as the negotiation of development agreements, collateral warranties and other construction documentation with design teams.

For our Private Clients, Rachel buys and sells residential property, drafts wills, extracts grants of probate and has particular experience of contentious probate litigation.

Rachel advises investors of their obligations under the Residential Tenancies legislation and recently completed a diploma in Family Law in the Law Society of Ireland.
