Marie O'Riordan
Marie is a Solicitor in the firm's Property & Private Client Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Marie's work focuses on the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential property. She also advises on all aspects of commercial leases and residential tenancies. In addition, Marie advises clients in relation to the sale and purchase of licensed premises and in the acquisition and transfer of licenses. Marie also advises our private clients on the drafting of wills, tax planning and administration of estates and trusts, and acts for clients in the firm's Family Law department, looking after the sale, transfer and re-mortgaging of the family home and other family assets. She also advises clients in relation to the division of assets in co-habitation situations.
