Lisa Timmons
Lisa Timmons works as a Legal Executive in our Healthcare Department and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies. She has 8 years experience in litigation in all aspects of High Court civil litigation and works primarily in the area of medical defence litigation acting on behalf of Hospitals, Consultants and General Practitioners. Lisa works closely with Partners assisting in the preparation of high value High Court claims and Supreme Court Appeals relating to medical, dental and veterinary matters. She liaises with Clients and Experts, prepares cases both for settlement discussions and trial and assists in running the cases at trial. She also advises Clients on liability, causation and quantum. Lisa has extensive experience in carrying out legal research on a wide range of healthcare topics.
