Work Areas
Louise is a partner in the firm and practises in the Healthcare department where she specialises in professional indemnity litigation and in particular high value clinical indemnity claims. She represents the interests of healthcare professionals and hospitals at inquests and inquiries and on contractual and employment matters.
Prior to joining our Healthcare Team in early 2006, Louise spent a number of years acting on behalf of domestic and international insurance companies in the area of personal injuries defence and indemnity disputes and has advised and represented corporate and private clients on contentious matters at all Court levels.
She has lectured to the U.C.D. Health Care Risk Management diploma course and tutored at the Law Society and organised and spoken at training days for expert witnesses. She has contributed articles to various publications on topics relating to healthcare.
