Laura Fannin
Laura is a solicitor in our commercial department. After graduating from UCD with a Bachelor in Business Studies, Laura joined the firm as a trainee in 2005. She qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
Laura advises clients in the retail, manufacturing and marketing sectors on a diverse range of commercial matters and regulatory requirements including terms and conditions of sale and purchase, data protection, product liability, advertising and intellectual property. Laura also advises clients in the motor industry, food and fast moving consumer goods sectors.
Laura also works in the area of commercial dispute resolution and commercial litigation.
Laura has a particular interest in competition law. She has represented individuals and businesses in Competition Authority investigations and has assisted clients in notifying mergers to the Competition Authority. Most recently Laura was involved on behalf of Unilever in the landmark competition proceedings relating to freezer exclusivity in the ice cream sector.
