Jackie Buckley
Jackie is a Partner in the firm's Property & Private Client Department with particular expertise in Commercial Property. She has been involved in some of the most prestigious developments over the past few years assisting in the purchase, development and sale of entire shopping centres along with the more conventional sale and purchase of commercial and industrial properties. She has advised on a regular basis on the property aspect of worldwide mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on long and short term Leases and has considerable experience in sale and leaseback arrangements for retail and distributive clients and the drafting and negotiation of Development Agreements. Jackie is an active member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Conveyancing Committee and she holds a Diploma in Property Taxation and a Diploma in Commercial Property. She was awarded the Findlater Scholarship by the Law Society of Ireland in 2000.
