Caroline Crowley

Caroline is a partner in the firm having qualified as a Solicitor in 1988. While practising in and advising on a wide range of legal areas, Caroline's has over twenty years experience in civil litigation with particular emphasis on professional negligence including medical, dental and veterinary negligence. Caroline has extensive experience in cerebral palsy and high value catastrophic injury claims. She also advises on disciplinary hearings before the Medical, Dental and Veterinary Councils and ethical issues. Caroline also has an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is accredited as a Mediator by CEDR (the English Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution). Caroline has lectured on various topics including claims handling, informed consent and the Medical Practitioners Act. Caroline has assisted a number of clients in successfully lobbying the Minister for Health and the Minister for Justice in relation to proposed legislative enactments. She is a French and Italian speaker.
