Anne Lyne

Anne Lyne qualified as a solicitor in January 2004 and is an Associate Solicitor on the Employment Team.

She has considerable experience advising and representing employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship from pre-employment matters to termination. Anne has represented clients at the Rights Commissioner, Tribunals and in the Courts.

She also advises on Administrative law, Industrial Relations, Data Protection, Health & Safety and Immigration.

Prior to working in Hayes she has worked in the Commercial and Employment Law departments of another commercial law firm and in the commercial litigation department of one of Australia's leading law firms. She has been involved in the preparation and presentation of seminars on employment law and has written a number of articles which have been published in the Irish media. She has tutored in employment law at the Law Society law school and Diploma course.

She has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from UCD and a post-graduate Diploma in business studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. She has also completed a Diploma in Employment law from UCD.

She is a member of the Law Society, DSBA, European Employment Lawyers Association, the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland and the HR organisation, CIPD.
