Davnet O' Driscoll is an experienced litigation solicitor in the area of personal injuries, employer liability and public liability claims. She advises on best practice for organisations on the defence of a variety of personal injury claims, employer liability claims including sexual abuse, assault at work, accidents at work, work-related stress personal injuries from bullying and harassment by peers, management, and external parties. She shadows investigations into complaints and grievances by employees on behalf of clients to minimise liability. She advises on personal injury and related claims of unfair treatment, unfair dismissal, discrimination and victimisation on the 9 prohibited grounds under the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2008.

She advises clients in relation to all aspects of debt and property recoveries, debt management, insolvency, Directors duties, roles and responsibilities, minority shareholders. She represents clients in litigation and negotiations to include pragmatic resolution of large debt profiles and inter-related family law proceedings.

She is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Mediators Institute of Ireland. She has published articles in “Business and Finance” magazine and has commented on UK legal developments in “The Irish World”. She contributed an article on exaggeration in personal injury claims under the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 which can be found on their website under legal articles.
