Driven by knowledge and experience

Healthcare

As solicitors to the Medical Protection Society and Dental Protection for the last 50 years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of medical law.

For the past five years we have been on the panel of Solicitors handling work for the Clinical Indemnity Scheme managed by the State Claims Agency section of the National Treasury Management Agency.

Due to our specialised involvement in the area our team has acquired specific and unique skills in dealing with medical/dental negligence claims and are also very highly experienced in handling inquests, Medical and Dental Council complaints, Tribunal hearings, and in advising medical personnel on medico-ethical issues and contractual/employment matters.

We have been involved in many landmark cases in this area and have lectured extensively throughout the country on many aspects of medical law.

We are sensitive to the stress that a claim in negligence or complaint to the Medical Council can have and we provide a hands on, fast and efficient service to those who find themselves involved.

Our areas of expertise include:

  • Medical negligence claims
