Sharon McCauley is a Legal Executive and holds a Certificate and Diploma in Legal Studies. She works in the Healthcare Department. Her work mainly focuses on Medical Negligence and personal injuries. On the medical negligence side, Sharon works closely with the Partners in the Healthcare Department and has assisted the firm in relation to the preparation of high value High Court claims and Supreme Court Appeals in cerebral palsy cases, erbs palsy, organ retention cases and roaccutane claims in addition to other types of medical negligence cases. She attends meetings with Clients and Experts, prepares cases for trial and assists in running them at trial. She also advises Clients on liability, causation and quantum. She had extensive experience in carrying out legal research on a wide range of healthcare topics.
