A former partner, Ruth continues to contribute to the firm in her role as a Consultant working with the Partners on client relationship management. Ruth worked for over twenty years in the medico-legal arena. She has developed extensive contacts in the healthcare industry and liases with key members of the Healthcare Risk Agencies within the HSE areas and hospitals in the development of their Risk Management Programmes. Ruth works closely with clients on devising training and education programmes and strategies for their employees and users of services. She assists and organises seminars for clients on topical issues, particularly in the area of healthcare, amongst others, on Consent, Data Protection, Health & Safety and Clinical Trials. Ruth meets with clients to review work practices so as to ensure that the firm listens to clients and understands their needs and continues to provide a first class service.
