Gráinne is an associate in the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2002 having studied at University College Dublin and the Law Society of Ireland.
Gráinne practised in our healthcare department from 2002 to 2005 and during this period she acted on behalf of both medical and dental healthcare professionals in the defence of negligence claims. She was involved in the defence of complex catastrophic injury claims.
In 2005, Gráinne joined our property and private client department and since then has acted on behalf of both Irish and international retailers in the expansion of their store operations in Ireland. She also has considerable litigation experience acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients in relation to tenancy disputes. Gráinne holds a diploma in Commercial Property.
Gráinne has recently rejoined our healthcare department where her work focuses on the area of professional negligence and representing the interests of healthcare professionals in the defence of medical negligence claims.
