"Working within the Law", a seminar held by the Irish Dental Association in conjunction with Hayes solicitors on 22 April 2010
On 22 April 2010 the Irish Dental Association, in conjunction with Hayes solicitors, held a seminar at the Burlington Hotel for dental practitioners entitled "Working within the Law". Working within the law can be very complex and often confusing and the seminar gave delegates the opportunity to hear from leading experts on the various legal issues that affect dental practitioners and practices on a day to day basis such as dental partnership and business issues, consent and confidentiality, property matters, employment law and human resources issues. The speakers were David Phelan, Kevin Dunne and Rachel Rodgers of Hayes solicitors and Clare Dowling, Employment and Communications Officer of the Irish Dental Association.
