Hayes solicitors were delighted to host a seminar on the legal aspects of Elder Mediation at their offices on 23 June 2011 for the Mediators Institute of Ireland. Issues discussed included Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Consent and Capacity. The day concluded with an interactive workshop at which various case studies were discussed.
