Competition Law Forum
David Phelan was invited to speak at a Competition Law Forum organised by the Irish Society for European Law on the 27 July.
The topic was the current review of the Competition Authority’s Cartel Immunity Programme.
The Forum was chaired by Mr. James Hamilton, the Director of Public Prosecutions and other speakers included Gerald Fitzgerald, recently appointed as a Member of the Competition Authority and Director of the Cartels Division and Remy Farrell, B.L., Junior Counsel, who has particular experience representing clients in competition criminal investigations.
