Ciaran O’Rorke, Head of Healthcare, spoke at the Central Law Training Ireland Medical Negligence conference along with Dr Simon Mills, Desmond Ryan BL and Michael Boylan of Augustus Cullen Law.
Ciaran’s talk, entitled “Discovery – the need to get it right”, highlighted the critical importance for both sides to a dispute to correctly identify the documents required to investigate and craft their case, as well as recent developments in the area.
