Anne Lyne qualified as a solicitor in January 2004 and is an Associate Solicitor on the Employment Team.

She has considerable experience advising and representing multi-nationals, indigenous business, unions and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship from pre-employment matters to termination. Anne has represented clients before the Courts, Tribunals and at the LRC.

She also advises on Administrative law, Industrial Relations, Data Protection, Health & Safety and Immigration.

Prior to working in Hayes Anne worked in the Commercial and Employment Law departments of another commercial law firm and in the commercial litigation department of one of Australia’s leading law firms. She has presented at a number of seminars on employment law issues and has written a number of articles which have been published to the Irish media. She has tutored in employment law at the Law Society law school and Diploma course.

Anne has a Bachelor of Civil law degree from UCD and a post-graduate Diploma in business studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. She has also completed a Diploma in Employment law from UCD.

Anne is a member of the Law Society, DSBA, European Employment Lawyers Association, the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland and the HR organisation, CIPD.

Anne is also admitted as a solicitor in the UK & Wales.
