Driven by knowledge and experience
Employment Law
Employment law, and all its complexities, has undergone rapid change as businesses and work patterns have evolved in the 21st century.
At Hayes our Employment Law Department provides expert assistance and has extensive experience advising and representing both employers and employees in all types of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. We also provide in-house training and seminars to clients.
Our expertise ranges from advising on the employment consequences arising from commercial leases and redundancy situations to the difficulties and pitfalls that can occur in the workplace leading to complaints of bullying and harassment, which in turn can lead to the breakdown in relations, damage to the employee's health and an adverse impact (in management and financial terms) on the employer's business. With our expertise we devise strategies and solutions to resolve workplace difficulties. We do so for both employers and employees with emphasis on cost effectiveness, outcome and efficiency.
