The Commercial Court has been in existence since 2004 and is now widely regarded as a forum in which large commercial disputes can be managed and determined in a highly competent and time efficient manner. Our specialist team have developed unique expertise in representing clients through this newly evolved process. Their experience and knowledge equips them to readily identify for individual clients, the appropriate strategy and most effective way to resolve their disputes at the earliest opportunity.
