Justin Spain
Justin qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 with Matheson Ormsby Prentice and worked in their Dublin and London offices. He then completed an MBA in Trinity College before going on to work in AIB Capital Markets as part of the Corporate Finance Team. Following this, Justin worked with the Corporate Finance Group in Herbert Smith Solicitors in London. Whilst with Herbert Smith, Justin worked on a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as public takeovers, business purchases, schemes of arrangement and rights issues for major public and private companies such as BSkyB, Harrods and Anglian Water and also for major investment banks.
Following his return to Ireland in 2001 Justin worked as a Director of a successful family business before returning to practice as a lawyer in 2005. In addition to an MBA Justin has a Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a Member of the Irish Stock Exchange. He is also qualified in England and Wales.
