Q9000 Legal Quality Standard

We have achieved gold standard Q9000 certification for our risk and quality management systems. This is the highest level of compliance with the top level standard for law firms in Ireland.
Gold standard certification follows an independent audit by the Institute of Legal Research and Standards of the firm's systems, processes and procedures. The audit covers all key areas, including risk, financial, client care and regulatory compliance.
The auditors commended Hayes on maintaining a gold level of achievement ever since becoming one of the first law firms to enter the Law Society approved process five years ago. The firm was previously awarded gold standard accreditation to the Q6000 standard. Since 2013 the auditors have assessed Hayes against Q9000 – a new, higher level standard covering additional areas of the firm’s operations.
